Happy Easter to all my followers.  As I sit at the computer, it’s hard to decide what to write about.  My mind never rests and my thought’s continually swirl.  I want to write something thoughtful and helpful to each and all of us.  I think I will write about things I know to be true for me and lessons I have learned in my personal growth.

  1.  Laughter is truly the best medicine.  It relieves stress, it enhances your intake of oxygen rich air, it stimulates your heart, lungs and muscles and increases the endorphins that are released by your brain. After a good laugh you always feel better.
  2. Being Happy is a Choice that each of us make.  Life is definitely not easy, but you have a choice to let life get you down, or pick yourself up and go on.
  3. Fear and Worrying are a waste of time.   They suck the life out of you.  We all worry,  especially parents, it’s just human nature.  But if we can control our worrisome thoughts and our fears then the battle is won.  Give your worrisome thoughts and fears to your higher power.  Let peace in and try and relax.
  4. True Love is like nothing else.  If you have any doubts or concerns, it’s not true love.  It takes time to get to true love, but once you’re their, it’s amazing.  True Love doesn’t have to say I love you every 5 minutes.  It has nothing to do with words, gifts, or material things.  It’s a feeling of content, pure joy, and trust.  It’s about communication, acceptance and sharing everything, the good, the bad and the ugly.
  5. Death of a Loved One is the most Painful feeling you will ever experience.   Verbalize your thoughts and feeling towards your loved ones as soon as possible, because tomorrow is not promised for any of us.  Let go of grudges, anger and pain.  They do no one any good.  Holding onto those traits is killing you.  Communication is key.  Never stop communicating.  Never Give UP.
  6. Having a good positive attitude makes you so much more happier and it brings so much more pleasure to those who are in your presence.  Nobody wants to be around a Debbie Downer.  We all have the choice to be happy or sad.  Circumstance beyond our control can change our attitude quickly, but you are stronger then your circumstances and you have a choice.  Always remember, This to Shall Pass.  
  7. Feeling Sorry for Yourself is such a waste of time.  If your not happy in your circumstances, change them.  Make a plan, get the help you need and change them.  We all deserve to be Happy including you.  You and Only You have that power over your life.
